At Advea Nature’s Remedies we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

• Product received was damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product was tampered or seal was broken on arrival
• Product quality does not match description

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Product has been opened and used (unless defective)
• Return request made after 30 days of delivery
• Product damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. How to Request a Return

3. Share your order details and reason for return
4. Share a photo of the product if damaged
5. We will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection within 24 hours
• If approved — refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders — refund via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund you may opt for a free replacement of the product. Replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days of return approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched cancellation is not possible. To cancel contact us immediately at +91-8851357216.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to transit — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
